Respite Care

Respite care is a planned break from caregiving routines that allows family members to recharge and focus on themselves for a little while. Silver Life Helpers recognizes that the family member of a client sometimes also needs care. Some families do prefer to take care of their loved ones themselves and do a wonderful job of it. However, it is difficult to give such care all the time. From time to time, the family members also need a break. Silver Life Helpers offers such breaks for these caregivers. We are willing to step into the gap and give the family member the opportunity to run an errand for a few hours, attend an engagement or wedding, or even leave town for the weekend to attend a funeral. The family member can attend to their own needs for a short time while Silver Life Helpers provides them with the peace of mind of knowing their loved one is in great hands.
