Twenty-four-hour or Live-in care

Depending on the severity of their medical condition, some clients may require round the clock care. No matter the case, over ninety percent of patients prefer to remain in their homes rather than to be transferred to a facility if at all possible. Silver Life Helpers offers both 24-hour shift care and Live-in care. These two care options cover all the daily needs the client may have, from bathing and medication administration, to meal preparation and companionship.

There are however, some differences in the two kinds of services. 24-hour shift care offers care throughout the day and night for the client provided by multiple caregivers in various shifts. There would never be any gaps in the care. There is no need to provide sleeping or living quarters for the caregiver with this model. Live-in care would have one of our caregivers reside in the home with the client and provide round the clock service as well.

Clients would have to provide sleeping or living quarters for the caregiver but would have only one person caring for them not multiple people in rotation. The client or their family member is free to choose which option best suits their needs
