B. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assistance with housekeeping
2. Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
3. Assistance with food preparation and feeding
4. Assistance with errands outside the home
5. Companionship services
6. Patient mobility support
7. Assistance with adherence to medication regimens
8. Monitoring and reporting of client progress
9. May include Live-in duties
